Tim Oakley Chief Financial Officer Tim Oakley joined CipherTrust in 2002, bringing more than 17 years of experience in financial management with a strong focus on the technology industry. Oakley previously served as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of OpenSite Technologies, an Internet auction software and services provider. Oakley spearheaded OpenSite's IPO process which led to an acquisition by Siebel Systems that had a value of more than $750 million. Prior to OpenSite, Oakley's professional experience includes executive positions with companies, including MCI and Broadband Technologies. For MCI, Oakley served as director of finance and provided controller support for the company's $7 billion Consumer and Small Business unit. In 1996, Oakley assumed the role of chief financial officer at Broadband Technologies where he was responsible for leadership of all financial and administrative functions. Oakley began his career in the Assurance and Business Advisory Services practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he performed audit services for key clients. Oakley holds a Masters of Business Administration from Emory University and obtained his bachelor of science in accounting from East Carolina University. A certified public accountant, Oakley is an active member of the American Institution of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). Back
